James Michael Robinson is a Kansas City native. J.R. has been an entrepreneur for over 35 years in many areas of business on many levels. Early in his career he became a young carpenter which led him to the commercial and industrial field of the construction industry. He was immersed in the area of environmental construction dealing with hydrocarbons and remediation of contaminated soils on behalf of the United States Army Corp of engineers. He spent several years in that space as a Construction Superintendent for the largest black owned construction company in the state of Missouri. His carpenter background launched him into the area of Real Estate investing as a Investor which allowed him to build a small fortune by investing in residential properties throughout the city and beyond.
The most recent shift in his journey has led him into the world of finance where J.R. acquired his license to become a broker to market and move financial products ie: infinite banking policies, IUL's and other products that help families with their retirement and how to structure themselves for long term generational wealth. J.R. is licensed in 28 states and is appointed with the largest and best Insurance and Financial companies in the world.
As an entrepreneur and owner of companies for the past 25 years J.R. has developed skill sets that cannot be taught or learned in traditional institutions. J.R. is also a published author as well as a film producer. In his current role as CEO of International Business and Management he has leveraged his skill sets to merge continents. As a corporation our mission is to bring our innovative and world changing products to the masses across the world. Tracy is an entrepreneur and published author with proven expertise in senior move management, property management, real estate consulting, not-for-profit and Certified SBA/SBDC small business development specialists.
She founded Agyrtis Lending, a private, hard and soft asset based lending firm in 2019. Utilizing her decades expertise in resort and second home real estate transactions, property management and staging, she has been guiding families through their life transitions for over 35 years.
In 2021, she combined her consulting expertise, outstanding organizational skills, nurturing personality and ability to relate to seniors and developmentally disabled to create Our Parents House. As a certified Senior Transition Specialists (STS) she has helped manage the details and logistics her clients encounter when downsizing and relocating to retirement living. Tracy earned her MRE from NAR along with many other designations. Coupling her skills she is expanding her portfolio to include support homes for Veterans, recovery and developmentally disabled adults in an effort to help with the homeless issues.
Natazia Garcia is a seasoned professional with 13 years of experience and expertise in business management, specializing in finance, operations, and strategic planning. Throughout her career, she has demonstrated a strong ability to lead teams towards achieving company goals and driving growth. Natazia excels in developing and implementing effective business strategies, analyzing financial data, and managing budgets with precision. Her natural leadership qualities, coupled with excellent communication and interpersonal skills, enable her to motivate and inspire team members to deliver their best performance. Natazia is driven by a passion for delivering results and achieving success, making her a valuable asset to any organization.
Growing up in in the high country of Colorado gave Bailey a strong respect to care for nature and compassion for the needy. As a competitive equestrian, caring for her horses ultimately donating a horse to developmentally disabled therapy started her caregiver journey. Gaining her CNA and working in a retirement community provided a solid foundation to enhance her education specializing in organizational development.
Utilizing her Organizational development private practice experience coupled with background of CNA, equine barn management and construction remodels on the side have culminated to be a huge asset to to our JaVinchis' Angels team.
